Additions:

• Got combinations working.  2 + 3 = 5, 3 + 5 = 8, etc., along the Fibonacci sequence combine.
  • Had to refactor numbers into Card class so that they know how to promote along that sequence.
• Cards now come in on opposite side from the shift.
• Added keypad support for commands.
